Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm Central Time. If you do not receive an immediate answer via phone, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. You can also contact us via email at [email protected]. Our website is open for shopping 24/7.

Processing of Your Order

All orders will be processed for shipping within 1 – 3 business days.  Your credit card will be charged on the date of your purchase.  If you don’t want to place your order on our website, feel free to call your order in at 800-316-4089 or email it to us at [email protected].

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,  American Express and Paypal. 


We offer shipping via Fed EX Ground  This also allows us to ship at an affordable rate world-wide!  US customers can still choose Fed Ex Next Day shipping as well (see the notes below).  The shipping prices are based on weight and are calculated automatically.

Back Orders & Out of Stock Items

If any of the products you order are out of stock or on back order, you will receive the rest of your order asap and will be notified as to when to expect your back ordered item.  No additional shipping will be charged for back ordered items.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your products within 30 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] or call 800-316-4089  and you will be instructed on how to complete your return.

Refunds will be given for the price of the product and any applicable tax only. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived to you damaged or was not what you ordered.

Missing Orders

If 10 business days pass and you still have not received your order, please contact us.  Tracking information is provided to you when your order ships.  If your order does not arrive to your shipping address and we are unable to track its arrival, we will ship another order to you at no additional charge.  If tracking information shows that the order has been successfully shipped to the shipping address you provided, we will not resend/replace the order at no additional cost.  Please make sure that all orders are being delivered to secure addresses, free from possible theft and weather damage.  We recommend having your package delivered to your work address if that is a more secure option for you.
